Category pages and setting number of events to display plus “Next” link

Franky, I’m using EME on two sites and I have created category pages both for users’ benefit and to improve SEO. I’m getting slightly different results on each. Can you tell me how to set the number of events I want to display and how to make sure “Next page” appears at the bottom? (I’ve had dif developers involved and I need to know how to edit this.) On https://happeningsonomacounty.com/music-in-sonoma-county/ it is displaying 10 events but there’s no link to see more. On https://www.nblearningsource.com/garden-farm-home-classes/ it is displaying 14 listings, which is all current classes in that category, but soon there will be many more classes and I want to limit to perhaps 10 and make sure there’s a “Next” link included.
