Category Pages

I am having a problem with category pages. When I click on a category, I would expect the navigation or header to say ‘Shop our Catalog’ – Vintage or ‘Shop Our Catalog’ – Junior League. Instead all my category pages just say ‘Shop Our Catalog’. How can I fix this, or can I? My site is https://www.thecookbookchick.com. TIA!
