    Hi Blossom support team,

    My category pages are repeating posts, my mode to show more posts is “scroll to load more”.

    Whenever I scroll down the category page is showing the same posts once and then stop showing any more posts after that.

    Can you please try deactivating all the plugins except the recommended plugins and hard reload ( Ctrl+ Shift + R ) your site by clearing the cache? If this fixes the issue, activate the essential plugins one by one and check your site at the same time to find the conflicting plugin.

    Thanks so much for reply.

    I did disable all the plugins and then I disabled all the recommended plugins but the issue still on.

    I did try to browse the website with hard refresh, another browser & in incognito mode but with the same result.

    I did find where is the problem exactly,

    the default category URLs should have “/category” before the slug of the category itself.

    And when I removed “/category” from the URL through permalink settings of the WordPress the problem Occurred.

    So how can I solve this problem?

    If you want to remove the category slug without any issue then please make sure, you configure the settings displayed on the screenshot via Admin Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/13piy6s

    Hi,

    Just for the record,

    From the context of this ticket it’s obvious that I want to keep my current permalinks with load more mode together, that’s why I grant Blossom Themes Support full access as requested.

    And all what they have done was changing back my permalinks without my permission.

    That was my experience with Blossom Themes Support.

    To be fair,

    After my last comment, one of their experienced engineers contacted us back to tell us about another solution, which solved the problem partially, and the issue is caused by WordPress itself, and he/she suggested to remove “/category/” from the URL using Yoast plugin, and that partially solved that problem.

    And I was satisfied with their answer.

    Regarding your recommendations about disabling plugins one by one, and check if the problem solved,

    Yes, we found that the “Redirection” plugin, after removing it the category pages are loading posts without repeating them.

    This status of this issue is: Fully Solved
