Category Page in Thumbnails Which file to edit

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    The category archive page displays featured thumbnail image by default in the latest version of Sparkling theme which is also displaying on your shared page.

    Do you want to achieve anything else?

    You can always customise the Category page as @alchymyth described above.
