Category page blank

  • Hi guys. I’m using the Flatsome theme. When I go to the category page for a blog post, I keep getting a blank page. For example: MyDomain.com/category/guides is blank. No header, or anything. Just blank. Oddly enough, the tag page works fine.

    Permalink setting is set to ‘post name’ and has never been changed. Theme and plugins are all updated. Tried disabling plugins one by one, but the problem remains. When I switched to the WordPress 2020 theme, the problem was resolved. So the problem is in the theme, but not sure how to fix it.

    Unfortunately, my support license expired, so can’t get help from the theme author.

    I didn’t include a link because it’s an adult site.

    Any ideas?
