Category Order for my site

I am still working on my site in terms of completing it. I downloaded, My Category Order, plugin and it did not work for my theme. I would like the ability to change the order of the categories I am creating.
FEATURED GADGETS LATEST-NEWS-TECHNOLOGY-VIDEO
The above categories I have inserted. As soon as I enter AUDIO it puts it in front of FEATURED basically in alphabetical order.
Is there a plug in that will work in this bar.
