    Hello.

    I have a problem with permalinks when checkout. When I try to make a payment using sandbox (testing area), my website said..

    Error: Please check the following: (CATEGORY-NOT-MATCH)

    I checked back my permalinks, which I use default and change to %product_cat% and change again to /product/%product_cat%/, just want to see how it work, but it’s keep saying the same things.

    I also check my categories first and clear all the cache. Still the problem keep persistent. Looking forward for your help.

    Just wondering if you can test again this behavior using an incognito window.

    If that doesn’t work, please provide screenshots of your permalink settings and the permalinks being used on your website? You can use snipboard, https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
