    I have one particular category on my website that does not display images in Safari. https://www.mettlerelectronics.com/category/neuromuscular-stimulation/
    Here is the image that does not display.

    <img class=”img5″ src=”/images/products/neuromusc_stim/sys_stim206_sm.jpg” border=”0″ alt=””>

    I can’t figure out why. All of the other categories are coded the same way and do display images. Here is a page showing other categories along with my problem category (neuromuscular-stimulation)
    https://www.mettlerelectronics.com/by-product-type/

    Here is an image that does display.
    <img class=”img5″ src=”/images/products/therapeutic_ultra/sonicator740_sm.jpg” border=”0″ alt=””>

    I do notice when I roll over the link code in the web inspector to the image my tooltip lists “Natural: 20 x 20 pixels”. When I do that to an image that does display, I get the actual pixels only. EX: 120 x 82 pixels. Don’t know what “Natural” is.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Brian

    I had the same problem using my new MacBook Air. For me it was a Safari problem – I had my husband duplicate what I was doing on his PC using IE and he had no problems.

    Apple Support eventually traced it to a DNS setting. Apparently it was the way my machine was interacting with my router. They said someone else with the same problem and had discovered what it was because they found the problem disappeared when they were on a different network.

    Other things they checked were that I had all the latest software, including the latest version of Adobe Flash. Other settings they checked were Safari preferences. Under Appearance you must have ‘Display images when page opens’ checked. And under Security you should check ‘Accept all cookies’.

    I’m afraid the DNS stuff was a bit technical for me, so I can’t tell you exactly what they did.

    Thanks for replying.

    In other browsers I do not have this problem. It is odd that it only affects the one category. My Safari settings are as you mentioned as well.

    Strange.
