    I have configured the system to post emails from users with contributor roles to the category “bulletin board”. While emails from the administrator are successfully posted to “bulletin board”, emails from contributors are not posted to the category and are displayed with a hyphen.
    Upon investigating the issue, I found that the article ID from wp-terms is missing in the wp_term_relationships table. Could you please advise on how to fix this issue?

    How are you achieving this as this isn’t a feature of Postie (assigning category by role).

    Thank you for pointing that out. As you mentioned, I had set the access permissions for the category.

    I’m not sure I follow. There isn’t a way to associate access permissions with categories within Postie. If you are using another plugin it likely isn’t compatible with Postie.
