Category name and order

Hello all,

hope someone can help.

on this page of the site i have built:

It is a category called:

Ponytail
– curly
– straight
– wavy

now some of the item says curly and some says ponytail, it seems that word press is picking things up alphabetically….is there a way i can get all of them to say “ponytail” (parent category.
