Based on my previous 2 questions, which I posted weeks ago, receiving no response, I figured waiting for someone to help in here was worthless.
For those of you that would like assistance with this:
The tutorial on this page: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/display-a-category-menu-above-the-projects-loop/ shows you how to add the categories.
There is a value in the string which is count=true
Unfortunately, changing this had no effect which is why I posted here.
I have dissected the code to find that this string is INCORRECT.
The correct value for count should be show_count
Therefore, by changing count=true to show_count=false I was able to hide the category count values.
