Category mapping on Pinterest Feed

    Hello,

    for the transmission of our data feed to Pinterest we use the plugin “Product Feed Pro” (free version). The products of our store are also all transferred correctly here, so the feed itself works.

    However, categories that we specify in the “Category Mapping” are not transferred. All of our products are wildly mixed together on Pinterest. Is there anything else we need to consider besides the “Category Mapping” Fields? Why are changes not transferred here?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    When you do all category mappings then all of your products should have a Google category ID in the feed. Did you do so?

    Also can you share with us the plugin debug.log URL so we can have a look how you configured your product feed? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log URL can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
