CATEGORY links don’t go the Categories

New; set up first blog [https://www.yousay.co.nz/blog/]; linked it to my (external) website – https://www.yousay.co.nz
Just updated it to WP version 2.6.3 (via cPanel/Fantastico). Before that I was using the theme “darkBlue” and my Category links all worked OK.

Afterwards they all point to the external website
Reverting to default theme made no difference – not sure where to go/ how to fix it …
