Category in url

Good morning,

I created a Custom Post Type with the plugin. I also created a taxonomy related to CPT.

I would like when I create an achievement and this achievement is linked to a category I want it to say site.com/category/namerealisation in the slug

On the permalink setting i /%category%/postname but not norking.

Do you have a solution please?
