Your database isn’t refreshing correctly. It’s possibly a plugin or a theme causing this. you can start with turning them off and switching to the default themes.

This doesn’t happen for everyone else, so it’s likely that it’s related to ‘something’ on your site. The normal places to look are themes and plugins. Past that, you have to consider what other non-standard things you’ve possibly done in the past, on your server, or in WP. Any mu-plugins? Any feature tweaks?
