Category Images not displaying :(

    Hi, please someone help me!
    I’m trying to set the category images, but after upload i nothing is showing.
    From products > category i click update/add image, it appear the media library window (but one without grid), i select the image i click insert in post, and nothing happen..

    I already tried to:

    1) deactivate all the plugins
    2) reinstall woocommerce
    3) reinstall wordpress
    4) tried to configure everything like another site i have that is working, but nothing happen..

    but nothing.. i have the same problem. Please help me! ??

    Sorry.. i tried to do the last think i did not:

    CHANGE THE THEME! changing the theme the images are loaded without any problems.. so i will talk to the theme support.
