Hello!

I got an issue on one of our sites and can’t find a solution. The category images doesn’t get saved. You can choose a image in the backend, but after the saving process refreshes the page, the image is gone again.

All the other changes getting saved, except of the product image. In the request to the server, the image id gets correct transferred. The log is empty.
We also tried to disable all plugins except of WooCommerce and set the theme to the default 2021 theme. The issue still exists.

Can you disable then re-enable the WooCommerce plugin itself, then enable theStorefront theme while disabling all other plugins..

Then test for the error

Hello @oaoyadeyi , thank you for you reply.

Unforunatly, the issue still exists. We tried to disable ALL Plugins, then only re-enable the WooCommerce Plugin and activate a fresh installed Storefront theme.

The category images are still not saving.

Hi @rocketworks,

It appears there are no fatal error logs recorded in WooCommerce, then you could look into setting WordPress in debugging mode and logging errors/warnings to a file.

Once you retrieve the debug log from the file path wp-content/debug.log can you paste the most recent entries here?

The issue still exists and I enabled the log.

We get the following issue after trying to save the image:

The Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' line in the error suggests there is an issue with how your database table is configured/ set up.

I recommend reaching out to your web host to discuss the error message you’re seeing so that they can adjust how the table is set up.
