    Yes, but you’d need access to that old database first (usually in the form of a full website backup that includes the database). You could also try your hosting provider – most keep a copy around for easy rollback ??

    I’ve very worried at the moment. My whole site is now down after deactivating the plugin. Don’t know what has happened.

    Thank Riaan, I have backups via a backups plugin. I seem to access to the site again after resetting plugins. Could you help me with getting the category images and order back to how they were? Thank you

    A recent update of WooCommerce and WordPress changed how category meta values were saved (like images).

    When you updated and ran the database updates, these change took place. The only way to go back now it to manually revert your database back to how it was before the update. You can lost things that have happened since that backup though, like orders.

    Better to find out what was causing conflicts on the update and fix them.
