[Plugin Category Icons] how to show icons when using `<!– more–>`

I have installed the Category Icons plugin – however I can not get that or any images to show on the front page can anyone please help https://www.sports-force.net.au – the main site.
They all show when you click read more… but nothing on the front page – please can anyone help me
