Category ical feed

    I am needing to provide ical feeds based on selected event category instead of locations ( I need the ability to include more than one location for an event when necessary). We currently have three different locations, with the potential for more in the future.

    It seems the event categories are filtering correctly on the page, but how / or what is the syntax to provide ical by category?

  • You could make a custom placeholder with the info you want to include. Then in your settings use that placeholder for your iCal feed.

    @duisterdenhaag I copied the link provided using the #_CATEGORYICALURL and #_CATEGORYICALLINK placeholders, and it displays all events and not just the events in that category. Yet the single category page seems to filter the events appropriately. Am I missing something or is this a glitch?
