category grid doesn’t show all categories

    Hi! I came across your category grid block & I kinda love it, it’s exactly what I need, except that when I go to pick which categories I want it to display it doesn’t show them all. It shows the first ten, in alphabetical order, & I can’t figure out a way to access the rest. Am I missing something? Please help, I’d really love to use this block.

    It’s awesome to hear that you love the “Category Grid” block in a way ??

    To display all categories of your store, you can set the value for the “Show items” option to blank.

    Hiya Tarek!

    The screenshot gets me a 404 error, unfortunately, & I think I didn’t phrase my question well.

    I don’t want to display all my categories in the grid; I only want to display specific ones. I set category display type’ to ‘multiple categories’. Right below there is gives a list of my product categories with checkboxes so I can select which ones I want to display, but it only lists the first ten product categories there. I can’t select any of the rest of them.

    I have a bunch of categories under ‘leather stuff’ but I can’t get them to show up there. Any chance that could happen?

    The screenshot seems to be working fine from our end. I am not sure why it is showing you a 404 error ??

    I have thoroughly read your last response and reviewed the screenshot you shared. Unfortunately, yes, the question was not completely clear in your previous message.

    The issue you have mentioned about all your categories not getting displayed with checkboxes is not supposed to occur. Could you please create a ticket on our support website?

    Your screenshot is working for me NOW so I guess the internet is just weird. *shrugs*

    It was my bad that I had sent you a screenshot about the “Category Grid” Elementor widget, whereas you are using the Gutenberg block.
