Category Got Delete

    Hi,
    Today when I visited my blog I noticed that all the categories are missing. I checked the category section and nothing was there as if they were deleted. Which I am sure I have not done.

    Action Taken By Me:

    I disabled all the plugins and went to the basic theme and also moved the category widget from the side bar and put it back but nothing happened.

    I tried to create new categories but when I use the same name I get like xxx2 instead of xxx. So I am guessing they are still in the db or something.

    Please advice.

    there is a def problem with the db or php code here as now the categories have just come up on the admin category area but they don’t show up on the site’s widget.

    i just pressed refrerhed the wp admin category area to see what happens and all the categories disappeared.

    Hope some one can help me out here.

    I did a bit of search ( alot of search and spent the entire day) and found out that wp starts acting up if your /temp file is full.

    So to solve this:

    1) Del the content of your /temp file.
    2) Contact me and send me some beer money ??
