Category for "New Posts" on presentation page.

How might I set the New Blog Posts area on the presentation page to show posts from a specific category. I have a high volume of posts on my page and many of the posts I’m adding need not go straight to the “Headline” area.

More content sections are being added as soon as I can get this worked out. My CSS Skills are improving bu this one is giving me a little trouble any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I’m fairly sure this isn’t to difficult, it’s just being difficult for me ?? (like the ever vexing white spaces:)
