category filter / selected month

Hi, I added for the third time on a website your plugin Events Calendar Category Colors – but I’ve got really problems this time.
If I am on https://alphanetz-nrw.de/veranstaltungen/ and go to the next month or further/or back in the calendar and click on a category filter, then it jumps to the current month and not the chosen month where I would like to filter – f.e. I want to choose a category in September and go to September and click there, then it jumps to current July and nothing is found… ??
I didn’t have this problem on the last 2 websites. Could you pls. help?
