Category filter loses ordering

When using the shortcode [shared_files order_by=”_sf_main_date” order=”ASC”] I get a list of all files starting with the earliest: exactly what I wanted. However, when I apply a filter using one of the categories the ordering becomes the order in which the files were uploaded. This is very confusing for the users (and took me ages to check as I did not believe them!)
