Category filter has stopped working?

  • I have the Themify Product Filters applied on the right side of this page. It is supposed to have the Categories as filter options above it, however it is only showing the TAGs – I haven’t changed anything, so am a bit mystified.

    I have this same set up across 10 different pages, and all of them no longer have the category filters.

    Hi,

    Please make sure you have products published in those categories and that the Category is added to your Filter, if the issue still persists, please contact us via email at [email protected] so we can investigate the issue further on your site.
