Category field does not accept typing

I think the plugin is very good, but Category to define only a few, not working tested in 4 browsers. Having typed the categories or ID, however the courses are ‘locked’ and nothing happens. In the Post Types field it is possible to type normally, the only one that works.
I need to define the Categories, without that the plugin is useless.
