category exception / no support

  • category exception doesn’t work for many people.
    The author does not respond on emails on the support page.

    Search for ‘Category exception WP-ISERT’ to find a lot of complaints.
    A bug is not a problem, not responding to your users is.

    – Would have go for 4 or 5 star if all was working.
    – Would have rated 3 if they where working on it and responded
    – Give a 1 star because of above…

    EDIT: After a few months, finally a reply
    So updated from 1 to 4.
