category error message on product page

    Hi there,

    So I’m having an issue on my products page. It seems to be an issue with the categories. Initially, if I didn’t select a category, the error message wouldn’t show but now for some reason it is always present:

    WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘productmeta_categories’ in ‘where clause’]SELECT * FROM wp_drec_nm_personalized WHERE productmeta_categories IS NOT NULL

    Has anyone else ever had this problem? I’m wondering if it has to do with the theme installed: Shop Isle Pro

    I’m going crazy trying to figure this out!!!!!

    Have you tried changing the theme to figure it out? If it is not theme based changing to storefront would show the same issue. If it is theme based it could be a template issue where they are running a query to pull the data.

    try using this url after your .com

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&do_update_woocommerce=1

    This should have WooCommerce try to update the database for the version you are currently using.

    Though it looks like you may have a plugin to add fields to products? If so try deactivating that plugin.

    You were right! It was a for custom fields that I’m thinking was conflicting with another plugin that was similar. I deactivated it and it worked!! Thank you so much!! ??
