Category editing on posts?

  • my page https://www.postgraduatesinsport.com/?page_id=156 on my website has been set to show archives for posts.

    it is hwoever defaulting to show all category posts and i only want to list posts for for category called Events & Conferences

    how do i edit the archive template so that it will only show this category…

    i dont want this page showing Monthly Archives, Popular Tags or The Last 30 Posts.

    I also want to remove the heading Categories from the top left… eg just want to show the post Events & Conferences (1)
