Category dropdown not working on mobile device

  • Hi, My category drop down menu has stopped working for my shop page on mobile devices.

    Could someone give me an idea of how to get it back working please

    That is not from our filter, that’s your theme’s sidebar option, please contact your theme’s developers, so they can help.

    I don’t meant the main menu drop down, but the product filter one inside the shop page

    According to this CSS on your site: https://share.zight.com/7KuZkmlQ, it looks like the product filter category list is hidden intentionally and there might be a script that triggers the list visibility on click. Double check your script, that script might not be working.

    Thanks, While that does make sense to me, I have no idea of what to do to put it right, or how to go about it.

    I am still waiting for the web creation support team to look at it, but as it’s taking them forever I thought it might be something that i can do myself.
