Category does not show Site reviews

    ?taxonomy=site-review-category&post_type=site-review shows count = 0 but site reviews are assigned category.

    I don’t understand your question.

    Site Reviews uses the default WordPress methods to register a custom taxonomy (category). Reviews are a custom WordPress post type.

    When you assign reviews to a category, it does it in the normal WordPress way just like it does with posts and post categories and tags.

    Think I found the reason:
    Unapproved Site reviews with category are not shown in Category view.
    How can I add screenshots?

    This is a limitation of WordPress, not Site Reviews.

    The Approved/Unapproved post statuses are the same as the WordPress publish/pending statuses.

    You can test this yourself, create a normal Post, add a category to it, and then save it as “pending”. You’ll notice that it will not show in the Category count until the post is published.

    ah okay will do that…

    ps: ticking “Category” in “Screen options” does not result in “Category” filter… Looks like something broke..?

    The category filter will appear once there are categories available to filter-by (i.e. categories that have a review count).

    thx, last one:

    when de-selecting “Response” in “Screen Options” only header of the columns disappears but column remains visible causing header – column misalignment.

    Currently the system I am building has posts with similar titles but in different categories. When assigning a review to a post, it seems not possible currently to discriminate post titles that belong to different categories.
    Is there a way to enable this? So select a category and then only the posts of that category will be exposed to assign the review to?

    note categories in pic are review categories…

    Not currently.

    However, you can also paste a Post ID to get the specific page (search is done by Post ID and title).
