Category displaying wrong on single post and missing from home page

On my single posts, the category displays as “uncategorized” and is not a link, even though the category I have selected is “Daily Meditation”.https://jessicamullen.com/2017/06/14/daily-meditation-your-body-is-a-genius/
(You can see that the post is categorized by viewing the category permalink:
https://jessicamullen.com/category/daily-meditation/ )And on the home page, the category does not display at all.
