Category Discount Not Working

In the “Check for” field, change “No. of items” to “Total Quantity”.

Sorry, on the free version, if I want to set the rules like this

A customer must by at least 5 items, can be a mixture of items from category A and B, as long total items are 5, is this possible?

This is not possible with the category rule, the rule will apply for each category separately, each category will need to have 5 items in cart,

you need to use the cart rule but its available only in the premium plugin.
