I have 80 categories on my website. In content blocks i need to add 80 content blocks with hooks? Do I understand it correctly?

Kind of, yes. The description of the category needs to stay in the meta loop to work properly and that’s why it wouldn’t be possible to decouple it with basic tools. It’s how things work with WordPress.
