Category breadcrumb showing 2 categories?

On a category page, the breadcrumb is displaying like:
WEBSITE NAME ? MAILBAG, TOP STORY
And this is on the “Mailbag” category page, it should not be displaying the “Top Story” category link as well.. how to fix?
