Category Box Issues

First of all THANK YOU for finally making a plug in that appears to do exactly what I’ve been needing. The only issue I’m having is that the category box does not include all of my active categories and looks like it is cutting some of them off when I scroll through the actual box. Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated!
