    hello,
I setup a page “products by category” block from woocommerce. I have it set to 5 columns but only 4 are showing. If i set to 4 only 3 show, etc.

I would like all 5 columns to show, centered and with some padding around the products

On the working page (where you add blocks) it is showing as 5 columns, when you view the page it is only 4 columns.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

  • Hi there @mikemac3!

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. First of all, make sure you have the latest version of WooCommerce plugin (4.8) and WooCommerce Blocks (4.0), and then follow the steps below.
    ?
The best way to determine if there is a conflict is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Blocks
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know the outcome of the above troubleshooting so we can assist you further if needed. Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
