Category based Date archive

  • Hi there, i’m looking to impliment something like this on a template:

    Category 1
    jan
    feb
    mar
    april
    may

    Category 3
    jan
    feb
    mar
    april
    may

    Category 3
    jan
    feb
    mar
    april
    may

    I’ve tried running querys for each category then having a date based archive listing within each of those loops, but it doesn’t seem to want to work for me.
    Can anyone offer any help?

  • But the categories aren’t listed by date; I can’t get a listing of all posts in the “Uncategorized” category for only the month of January and another list for only the month of February and so on. I wonder, though, if Ultimate Tag Warrior would help make this possible. Again, I’m not sure of how to list category posts for only a selected month. All I’ve seen is the list of all posts within a category. I’ll assume you’ve already looked through the Codex.

    Yes i want to list all the posts within a category, but list them monthly.. as my “mockup” shows.
