    I can help you with removing the filters that you have marked in the image. Can you please share me your website url for this page? The simplest of solution is if you use CSS to hide it. I can share you the CSS code I will just need your site URL for now.

    }

    This is the code. Please go to appearance > customization > additional css option from your wordpress dashboard and paste the code in the additional css area. The options will be hidden.
