Category Archive Post Previews Are Blank

I’m creating posts with tables of listed words. When I view a category Archive of the posts there are no previews, just “…” under each post title. If I use regular HTML tables, there is a preview though nothing is tabled – the words just appear like a paragraph in the preview area. Is there a way to at least get something to show in the preview with Easy Table?
