I have multiple archives with specific categories in sidebars setup with a specific sidebar function.

The archive which shows the category with the id 4 works as it should:
if you klick on a specific year, it shows just the post(s) within that year.

But somehow any other category is not displayed correctly (they show all entries from all years).

when I take a look at the link they are apparently the same:

https://goetz-naleppa.de/wp/?m=2020&cat=8

The page is translated in english if you need to have a look at it.

the archive which works is the news page, the ones who do not work are the other archives for example the radio plays.

Hi @akeem040767. Sorry, I only saw your message today.

Yes, I see that this is not displayed correctly on your site.

But I can’t reproduce this bug on my local and test server (https://kadalashvili.com/). Everything works well.

I think this is a code conflict. Maybe it’s pre_get_posts or something else. Need to do a debug.

I looked at your site over the weekend. Archive pages have a lot of third-party requests. You can see it. I installed the request monitoring plugin. I’m sure that it queries the conflict. This is not a plugin bug.

What I am wondering about though, why does it work within the category 4 (aktuell) but not within any other?

@akeem040767 Yes, it’s weird. But the page https://goetz-naleppa.de/wp/?m=2020&cat=8 has more queries than https://goetz-naleppa.de/wp/?m=2020&cat=4. I installed the queries monitoring plugin, you can see it for yourself.
