    Hi,

I activated tags and category for my site, the 2 archives pages are giving 404:

I was thinking that archive category and tags page are native woocommerce behaviour, isn’t it?
I tried with default 2024 wp theme. same.

how do I create those 2 archive page displaying all categories (for category archive page ) and all tags (for tags archive page ) ?? related to woocommerce and products ?

    Thank you

    Hi there @padaben,

    Thank you for reaching out.

WooCommerce should natively support category and tag archives. However, if you’re encountering 404 errors, it could be related to your site’s permalinks settings.

To try and resolve this, please navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and simply click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. This will refresh your site’s permalink structure and should resolve the 404 errors.

You can find more details on managing categories and tags from our guide.

Let us know if the issue persists.

    Hi again @padaben,

I’m glad to hear it worked the first time, at least it points us to a possible culprit.

As a next step, I would recommend asking your host to clear any server related cache and try saving the same after the cache from your host has been cleared.

Please try this and let us know if it makes any difference.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi again @padaben,

This seems quite unusual. As a next step, please try running a conflict test to rule out any possible theme/plugin conflicts, as it is possible one of your themes is causing the issues.

You can find the steps to run a conflict test from this guide. Before you proceed, please be sure to have a full site backup.

Let us know if this helps.
