category and subcategory name should appear in my URL

goto dashboard – settings – permalinks and try to use this custom structure:

/%category%/%postname%/

if i change permalinks as you said, it is showing only the https://www.sitename.com/reviews/post-name. But exactly what i want is : https://www.mysite.com/movies/tollywood/reviews/post-name. Am i clear friend ?

And one more thing is that : once i change the permalink structure to new structure, i should redirect each post right ?
