Category and Article Names Shortcodes

  • Hello all, I’m working on a notification email when a Editor creates or updates an article in the KB.
    So far, all good, but I would like to add to the body of the email the Category and Article names that were created/edited.

    Is there a shortcode or code I should add to get these names variables in the notification?

    For those interested, if you are using Better Notifications for WordPress plugin (recommended!), you can use their shortcodes to get the Page/Post/Article variable using the [post_title]shortcode.

    I would still like to find out if WP Knowledgebase has a Category shortcode.
