Category and Archives links not working

The blog I have set up is at https://www.ipublishpress.com/ippblog/
As you can see, the links to category or archives pages don’t work. They pull up a URL that looks like this:
https://www.ipublishpress.com/ippblog/category/nameofcategory/This results in a 404 (which, incidently also says that the error page it’s looking for is also not found).
I have a nearly identical setup on https://www.ipublishpress.ca/ippblog/ which does work–and I don’t see any difference in the code of the theme index page, but the URL pulled up looks like this:
https://www.ipublishpress.ca/ippblog/?cat=2Does anyone know how I can fix this, please?
