Categories widget (with parent selected) hiding

  • Hello,
    I’m trying to set Directorist Categories Widget to show only child categories from selected Parent category. Widget displays no output. Even if I have listings in those child categories the result HTML always is: <ul class=”atbdp_child_category” style=”display: none;”>.
    Had to override this in my theme.
    Could you take a look at this?

    Thank you for reaching us out.

    I am sorry at the moment you are unable to display the selected child categories in the widget. However, we will have it in the next Directorist version.

    Also, I will provide you the code as soon as it ready.

    Also, the widget is broken, and as you mentioned it is not displaying any outputs. We are working on it and should be resolved in the next update with the child category feature.
