Dear all, I am experiencing a really hard problem. In my site I have various categories but, only some of that are visualized.
The above link shows the “Griglie”(grids) with 3 items, belonging to 2 sub-categories, using “category-product” if I use only “category” I see only 1 sub-category.
Furthermore there is a category with more then 50 items which is absolutely not displayed…
Have you any hint?
In which way I can fix this problem?

Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you find a solution to this issue. I have looked at the site and can see the following category pages with products:

https://www.tecnop-srl.it/new/categoria-prodotto/comignoli/ (5 results)
https://www.tecnop-srl.it/new/categoria-prodotto/griglie/ (4 results)
https://www.tecnop-srl.it/new/categoria-prodotto/lattoneria/ (54 results)

The other three links under the ‘Prodotti’ menu item all lead to 404 pages. This tells me that there may not be a product category created for this category yet. Were the menu items added manually or were they added by selecting a previously created product category from the dashboard?

Any further information you can provide will be helpful.

Hi Phillip, the problem is highlighted when instead of working with the combination Category-> Product, I work with Category which should show two subcategories but:

if I follow the following link:
https://www.tecnop-srl.it/new/griglie/
I should have two subcategories but it only shows one, if instead
I follow this link:
https://www.tecnop-srl.it/new/categoria-prodotto/griglie/
I see all the products including those of the subcategory not displayed in the categories themselves

I do not know if new categories/subcategories have been added cloning some existing items but I think so they have been cloned…
