Categories Viewing Problem

Hello. I cannot seem to display the categories separately. Although I use the shortcode to display one category after each heading, all of the FAQs appear instead. How can I solve this? Thank you.
In the post I have separated each category as per the instructions, reading like this:

[smart_faq cat=online-faq]
<h2>Post-Production</h2>
[smart_faq post-production-faq]
<h2>Production</h2>
[smart_faq production-faq]
