Categories showing twice after importing with "Woocommerce osCommerce Import"

I have same problem. Does anyone know if I can fix the catagories in the database somewhere? I don’t want to have to re-import as I’ve already made changes to page, adding weights and menu order etc.

The plugin did a great job importing everything on the first try.
